As a secular conservative I agree with most things that Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Rush Limbaugh say about Secular Progressives and their addiction to utopian dreams.  But they sound bigoted when implying that a Left/Socialist political view goes hand in hand with someone who does not believe in a god-fearing, faith-based religion.  Many times I have thought about turning off their shows for this aggression against non-believers.  I've heard all of them slide down that slippery slope numerous times.  And if Progressives do believe in god, they are accused of not following the Scriptures properly. 

Freedom, democracy and capitalism offer everyone a better life and the opportunity to follow what ever religious or spiritual belief that suits them. That should be the important issue.  With 10,000 religions out there we may never solve the debate about which god is the true god, but we have tons of data to prove that spreading democracy and freedom is a sure winner.

Reason, logic and common sense support a belief in political conservatism.  Conservatives and Independents should stand together on politics and and help make mankind healthier by keeping religious doctrines out of government.
